Multiplying light irradiance by time yields the corresponding energy density.

For example:

1. In blue light mode, the M300 mask's light irradiance is 50 mW/cm².

2. For 1 second of exposure: 50mW/cm² × 1s × 0.001 = 0.05 J/cm²

    For 1200 seconds (20 minutes) of exposure:50 ×1200 × 0.001 = 60 J/cm²

    For 1800 seconds (30 minutes) of exposure:50 ×1800 × 0.001 = 90 J/cm²

⭐Using blue light mode for 90 minutes generates an energy density of 90 J/cm²

2. Important Notice: The mask's data cable must be connected to the controller's “OUTPUT” port!

Failure to do so will prevent normal operation!

3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off - Short press the M button to select mode - After confirming the mode, lightly press the power button to set the timer. Each green light represents 5 minutes; all 4 green lights lit indicate a 20-minute timer.

4. Special Note: Maximum timer setting is 20 minutes! Device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes.

5. Use 3-5 times per week. Daily continuous or cumulative usage must not exceed 30 minutes to prevent skin damage.
